Exchanges & Cancellations

Please review the FAQs below for details regarding exchanges and order cancellations.

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, odors, or damage.
  • All original tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of return approval.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please use a trackable shipping method.
  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed after the return is delivered.

Return Options

FAQs

We’re sorry about that! Please email us within 14 days of delivery at info@smashbunnies.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after your return is marked as delivered. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@smashbunnies.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Yes. If eligible, store credit can be issued in the form of a digital gift card sent to your email.
