ORDERS & RETURNS

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Please email us immediately at info@smashbunnies.com. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address or item details. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@smashbunnies.com.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after your returned item is delivered and inspected. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
