Order Processing
All SmashBannies orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and pre-order items).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons or promotional events.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by destination. The timeframes below are estimates and do not include customs clearance time:
- United States: 6–15 Business Days
- Canada: 7–15 Business Days
- Europe: 6–15 Business Days
- Asia: 4–12 Business Days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 Business Days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion applies.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes determined by your local government.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- SmashBannies is not responsible for customs clearance delays.
- If duties are unpaid and the parcel is destroyed or abandoned, refunds or reshipments will not be issued.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
- We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing immediately after payment confirmation.
If you need to request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible at info@smashbannies.com.
We cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery status.
Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items will display an estimated shipping or restock date on the product page.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.
Regional Customs Requirements
Some countries require additional identification (such as tax ID or customs codes) for shipment clearance.
If required, our support team will contact you via email. Failure to provide required information may result in customs delays or shipment cancellation.
